I"ll tackle the one weakness first: The VRM"s aren"t the most amazing, but so long as you have decent airflow in your case và you"re not dialing in absurd overclocks, they should be fine.

As far as the rest of the board, it"s really solid. The ports are plentiful with a good selection and placement, the installation instructions are clear with a really well-made manual, the BIOS is easy khổng lồ access & navigate, the audio codec is fantastic, và the RGB looks great. The only thing I could have any cấp độ of complaint about is the fact that there are only 2 RGB headers on the board. A third header would have been nice, but for the price I can"t really complain. There"s also no Type-C port but I don"t really care about that.
On the topic of RAM compatibility, since I know that"s a concern with B350 boards, I updated my drivers & the BIOS before dialing in any sort of overclocks on the CPU or RAM, but once it was up to lớn date, it had zero issue accessing the built-in XMP profile on the RAM, so no worries about that.
Overall, with the B450 boards on the market & the B550 on their way as well, the time is up for this board. However, if you can get it for anywhere under $80, I wholeheartedly recommend it as a true value proposition. I personally picked it up for $60 on black Friday a couple years ago and for that price I couldn"t be more pleased.

I purchased this board as a full bộ with my Ryzen 5 off of a gentleman on Facebook classifieds. He said either the motherboard or the cpu had died... Turns out they both worked stellar. Just needed lớn switch the bios over to the backup. I scored these for $60. Insane deal? Yes!
Great product, I"ll give it 5 stars, but I wish I had done a bit more research before purchasing it. The chipset doesn"t have the number of lanes I"m looking for at this point, & I recently had lớn decide between giving up both ASATA ports or adding an NVMe drive.
Very reliable & cool-looking motherboard, has a large multi-colored LED strip on right side that not a lot of motherboards in the same price range have, only two downsides are that only 4 of the 6 SATAs work with a NVMe slot in use, and that I needed lớn update the BIOS to lớn fix boot selection issues
A great motherboard for the price but in hindsight I should"ve gone for a different one because of the red which fits my Christmas aesthetic but I would lượt thích it to lớn be just black and green
