I really liked the characters though, especially her brother, Kyosuke. Don't we all wish for such a brother, who will take the blame and talk about everything that concerns you, as his sister? He was too perfect. I liked his appearance in the anime, but the art was not really that great, what I mean is, that I didn't find him attractive as the main character, but the personality satisfied me anyways.About the sister I am not that sure. She looked quite adorable all the time và pretty cute, but I couldn't stand her personality at some times. I just wanted lớn strangle her most of the time và on the other hand I wanted to lớn hug her, when she was grateful khổng lồ her brother.At times I found this super hilarious but also very beautiful, if Kyosuke was fighting for his sister, I was totally on his side. It was quite inspiring in this way too.There were also two other characters, who became friends with Kirino & which were very chất lượng as well. I know it must be quite the... Weird thing for girl to lượt thích such games & that is what made the plot unique, not necessarily splendid, these are Saori and Ruri. I liked both of them. They were really good friends. I wish there was even more interaction between Kyosuke và Ruri, I totally shipped them.It was a nice watch all in all, but nothing that I would watch again.
I was absolutely astonished when I found out that the second season of Oreimo would air this spring season. Since I didn't watch the first season as it was on-going, because the plot seemed very much weird khổng lồ me, this will be my first time following the updates of the second season!
It's still a mystery lớn me why I watch this in the first place, but somehow the characters appeal to lớn me, every single one of them. I love the humor in here & how the relationships develop further and further. It's a little sad that Oreimo's seasons are fairly short, compared to Chihayafuru.
Nevertheless the fun finally goes on! I love the deepness & complexity of the relationships since those seem lớn be in the focus of the makers, too. If I compare this to lớn Kiss X Sis (I am really sorry, very very sorry I vị this) I find it funny how they all try to flirt with or battle each other for Kyousuke. Not in a sense that it absolutely bugs me, because honestly, not all girls mix their eyes on one single guy and such storylines turn me off. Here it isn't he case, absolutely not, I find it funny how they want to lớn win over each other or simply want lớn be good friends. So every episode means a lot of fun, good jokes, but also maybe a heartbreak or two.
This season brings a lot of confessions và I simply find it amazing, how such an anime could be established. There's a whole more to Kirino's & Kyousuke's relationship than we think, I am sure of that, a lot of things are left unspoken & although they do hint, that there's more khổng lồ being just sister và brother, I can't find it to be satisfying, I want more.
That aside my lovely OTP, Kuroneko và Kyousuke, get a lot more spotlight, although I have khổng lồ say it broke my heart when it didn't go right all the way và I don't even wanna spoil it. The second season also features a lot more khổng lồ the background of the characters & a lot of new ones (if not old ones) join in the fun, like Kanako or a brandnew Saori! However we also get lớn know a lot more about Ayase & Kirino, as well as her very weird relationship to lớn Kyousuke!
There is so much to lớn this season và every fan of the prequel should watch this or just anyone who likes to have some good humor in his or her animes. It's absolutely brilliant.

The thirteenth (and last) episode is great in itself but makes an extremely odd finish for this season, so I am still waiting for the OVAs in August before I draw the final line for this season.
